Established in November 2002 as Mega Cast, Inc., currently operates on 8 acres in an industrial park in Pembroke, GA, approximately 20 miles east of Savannah off of interstate highway I-16.
The newly acquired Mega Cast, division of Oldcastle Precast will operate as part of the Florida Division of the Southeast Region. Mega Cast will provide a platform for the introduction of box culvert, utility and other typical precast group products to include manholes, catch basins, inlets and headwalls.
The Mega Cast acquisition provides Oldcastle Precast geographic expansion to include the southeast Georgia and southern South Carolina markets, and fills a coverage gap between the Jacksonville plant to the south, the Stone Mountain plant to the northwest and the Concord and Fayetteville plants to the north.
